Welcome to Kelley Other World, a spiritual and intuitive services business offering tarot readings, oracle readings, spiritual guidance, rituals, energy-focused practices, spiritual coaching, and related products and services.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in services provided by Kelley Other World, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

Kelley Other World provides spiritual, intuitive, tarot, oracle, ritual, and personal-growth services intended for reflection, entertainment, self-exploration, and spiritual support.

Readings and spiritual guidance are based on intuitive interpretation and personal perspective. They are not guaranteed predictions of future events and should not be considered absolute or predetermined outcomes.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and choices.

2. No Professional or Medical Advice

Kelley Other World does not provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice unless specifically stated otherwise and provided by an appropriately licensed professional.

Spiritual practices, rituals, tarot readings, herbs, crystals, meditation, affirmations, and similar services should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.

If you have a medical, mental-health, legal, or financial concern, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.

3. Tarot & Spiritual Readings

Tarot and oracle readings are offered for spiritual reflection, personal insight, and entertainment.

No reading guarantees:

• A specific relationship outcome
• Pregnancy or fertility outcomes
• A specific medical diagnosis or treatment outcome
• Financial gain
• Employment or business success
• Legal outcomes
• A specific future event
• Reconciliation or contact from another person

You should use your own judgment when interpreting and applying information received during a reading.

4. Spiritual Coaching & Guidance

Spiritual coaching may include conversations about self-reflection, personal growth, affirmations, mindfulness, spirituality, energy practices, rituals, creativity, and related topics.

Coaching does not replace therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or other professional services.

5. Rituals, Herbs, Crystals & Spiritual Products

Any rituals, herbs, crystals, candles, oils, spell-related materials, or other spiritual products are provided for spiritual, symbolic, educational, or personal-practice purposes.

Kelley Other World does not guarantee a particular result from any ritual, spell, product, or spiritual practice.

Clients are responsible for using products safely and appropriately. Do not ingest, apply, burn, or otherwise use any product in a manner inconsistent with its instructions or applicable safety guidance.

6. Pregnancy, Fertility & Reproductive Topics

Any fertility, pregnancy, womb, or reproductive-themed readings, rituals, or spiritual services are for spiritual reflection and personal support only.

They do not diagnose infertility, pregnancy complications, miscarriage, hormonal conditions, or other medical conditions and should never replace care from a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Booking & Payment

Payment is due according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or purchase.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointments canceled or missed without appropriate notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit, as stated in the booking agreement.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

9. Refunds

Because readings and personalized spiritual services involve time reserved specifically for the client, completed services are generally non-refundable.

If a refund policy applies to a specific product or service, the terms will be provided at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

10. Client Conduct

Kelley Other World is committed to providing a respectful and welcoming environment.

Harassment, threats, abusive behavior, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct toward Kelley Other World or anyone assisting with the business will not be tolerated.

Kelley Other World reserves the right to end or refuse a service when necessary to maintain a safe and respectful environment, subject to applicable law.

11. Confidentiality & Privacy

Personal information shared during a private reading or spiritual session will be treated respectfully and kept private except when disclosure is required by law or necessary for legitimate business, safety, payment, or legal purposes.

Clients should avoid providing sensitive information that is not necessary for the service.

12. Intellectual Property

All original Kelley Other World branding, artwork, written materials, photographs, graphics, educational materials, digital content, and other original business materials remain the property of Kelley Other World unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or commercially distributed without written permission.

13. Website & Social Media Content

Information shared through the Kelley Other World website, social media pages, videos, posts, lives, or other online platforms is provided for spiritual, educational, entertainment, and informational purposes.

Content may change over time and should not be interpreted as professional advice.

14. Results Disclaimer

Spiritual practices are personal experiences and results vary from person to person.

Kelley Other World makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of a reading, ritual, coaching session, spell-related practice, affirmation practice, or spiritual product.

15. Children & Minors

Services are intended for adults unless specifically stated otherwise.

A parent or legal guardian must provide permission for services involving a minor, where legally appropriate.

16. Changes to These Terms

Kelley Other World may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The most current version will be made available through the business website or booking materials.

17. Agreement

By booking or purchasing services from Kelley Other World, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not book or purchase services.
